Like the previous and following years, the most exciting thing happening to Pisces in 2016 is the presence of the planet Neptune, which brings wondrous dreams, inspiration and a flowing imagination.
Neptune entered Pisces in 2012 and stays there until 2026. That’s how slow the planet is on its orbit around the Zodiac. It will take almost 150 years before it appears in Pisces again, so this is a lifetime opportunity for all Pisces.
Planet of Dreams
Neptune is the planet of dreams and fantasy. Its capacity is mainly for our imagination, which it stimulates like nothing else can. It is also instrumental in how art and its isms develop.

When 2016 commences, Neptune is at 7° Pisces, which corresponds to the birthday February 26 and the days surrounding it. Persons born on those dates will be the most affected well, they already are, since this Neptune position was reached by the end of December 2015.
At the end of 2016, Neptune has not gone further than to 9° in the same sign. That’s because it has a retrograde movement for several months before that. So, the farthest it gets in 2016 is really to 12°, which it reaches on June 13.
That means the birthdays affected the most during 2016 are those between February 26 and March 2. Persons born on these dates or close by feel it the very most. It will be overwhelming, like hallucinations or stepping inside a movie and living it.
But every Pisces feels it to some extent.
Solar Burst
Be aware of the 29th of February 2016. That’s when the sun forms a conjunction with Neptune, giving the planet a powerful boost. That makes its effect even more sensational, though just for a day or so.
It is particularly true if that date or one of its surrounding days is your birthday. Then it’s really a phenomenal experience, even if only in your mind.

Apart from the above mentioned Neptune adventure, nothing much happens to Pisces in 2016.

Talking about Pisces in general, no major planet enters the sign until Mars comes at the end of the year, on December 19. During the rest of that month, Mars gets closer and closer to Neptune, but they don’t form a conjunction until New Year’s Day of 2017.
Still, its entry into Pisces causes some trouble and intense activity and not only in your mind. You are troubled by it, and it is very straining for you, maybe in one or other way even hurtful. This is true even if the things happening are to your advantage but don’t count on that.
