In the middle of July 2014, Jupiter exits Cancer to enter the Zodiac sign Leo. From that time on, things cease to come as easily as before. The opposition means what it sounds like what these planetary forces do is pretty much opposite to what Cancer wants. Yes, that’s heavy. So, in spite of Cancer’s many lucky streaks due to Jupiter, other things in life are unusually heavy in 2014.
So much in society seems to go the wrong way, according to Cancer’s opinion. There’s a general focus on material things that Cancer finds tiring, to say the least. A lot seems to be about building a bigger and more complicated world that threatens to fit mankind less and less.
Oddly, that goes for family life, too. The home and the family have sort of a Renaissance in 2014, which would be fine with Cancer if it wasn’t so materialistic and formal. As if the home is a project and the family little more than co-workers on it.
This is not true only for 2014, but for this whole era of civilization, but it’s enhanced this year because of the many planets in Capricorn.
